ProfileThe ANZO Property Group came about from a merging of the London and UK based members of the PINZ (Property Institute of New Zealand), the API (Australian Property Institute), and other members of other property based institutions. We produce a quarterly newsletter, have quarterly gatherings, and organise an annual formal ball for our 330+ members. Membership is free and very simple. All you have to do is send your following information through to committee member and database manager Sean Lenaghan Name Our BackgroundThe PINZ (London Branch) was first formed back in around 1999 by Philip Harcourt and Ewan Cameron, when they wanted to get all of the New Zealand based PINZ members together. Things grew from there and we started to open the invitations to Aussie property professionals in around 2004. We now have a membership database of 330+ New Zealand and Australian property professionals who are based in London and around the UK. Approximately one third of our members in London are Australian professionals. We welcome all property professionals, surveyors, property managers, agents, property lawyers, planners, real estate financiers, and everyone in between. If your profession is mildly related to property, then you are welcome. Obviously, it is always preferred if you are a member of either the PINZ or the API, but you are welcome along to our events no matter what your membership status. We did have a short stint as the ANZAC Property Group, but after launching we found out that there was specific Australian and New Zealand legislation preventing the use of the word ANZAC in anything apart from the biscuits. So we swiftly amended it to the ANZO Property Group.
